New site Hot.com

Seems like a site that uses multiple escort sites and puts them on one page. Does anyone have any more info on this? Im asking cause someone said they found me on there.

The search bar is kinda useless you just need to type literrally anything so you can have access to the site itself

It’s a scraper site. Instead of coming up with their own content, they crawl other sites copying data and adding it to their own.

I would not give this much credence. Did the person who told you about this actually book and complete a session with you?  My guess is whomever told you about it is affiliated with the site and trying to increase visibility. 

It’s whole concept is flawed. It’s trying to be Google, but when people are hiring they want to drill down and pick something. They don’t want random stuff. Their algorithm is super basic and does not have much intelligence. I don’t see this site being any sort of real player.

I remember some similar escort sites long ago, can't remember any names, that seemed to just get their info from other escort sites.  They were usually rife with ads from guys who hadn't been escorting for years.

Yeah - there used to be (or still are) similar sites for masseurs. They seem to scrape other sites and then wrap a whole bunch of ads around it. As you say, most of them were filled with outdated information. From time to time I'd find someone from the past that I remembered - when I tried to contact them it was clear that they weren't around any more.

Does anyone know how someone would stumble across Hot.com? Just googling for escorts turns up mostly the main sites but no Hot.com in my search results. Truly curious how someone finds there way to it.

It’s typically picked up by search engines. If someone is searching for “Provider A masseur” they might be able to get a decent SEO ranking and pickup clicks/views as a result.

I've stumbled across Hot.com when I search an escort's phone number to see if he has ads on any site other than where I found him (which is typically Rentmen).  Or sometimes a reverse image search, though I rarely do that any more as I mostly just get nonsensical search results when searching by image.
