Tijuana Clubs?

Headed to Tijuana in a few weeks- any updates on the clubs there? All the threads I found were a few years old.

Used to New York/Ft Lauderdale and Montreal clubs. Can anyone advise how the Tijuana clubs work and general pricing?

If you're staying in TJ, all the clubs are near the Arch on Revolucion, with the exception of Club Extasis(they are located across from the PedWest border crossing and are only open on Fri and Sat). The gay bars near the arch all have gogo boys who will dance on you for tips and you can probably negotiate with them for extras outside the club. The quality of these guys is pretty low compared to the guys at Premier. Premier is the main gay strip club that people go to, they say they open at 8pm but guys don't actually show up and start dancing until 9:30pm. There's a cover charge of about $100-$200 pesos depending on the day or event. I have been going to Premier for 4 years now and my main gripe is that they're becoming extremely money hungry. It's fun but you have to keep an eye out for the hustlers. When you arrive, you will probably be hounded by a waiter asking if you want a drink. I suggest getting a beer (I prefer to buy mixed drinks from the bartender directly, for some odd reason they tend to be stronger than when I order from the waiters.) They have all types of guys here, twinks, twunks, and bodybuilders(tbh the quality of guys has gone down recently but they still have some gems). Don't be shy, the guys want you to call them down from the stage to give you a lap dance (they do not approach you). Guys will dance on you for a few dollars(if you need change go to the bar and ask the person at the cash register to change your bills, don't ask the waiters)and anything goes especially on the nights only men are allowed in. If you hit it off with a guy you can go to a privado, or private room where anything goes. Be sure to negotiate with the dancer what you want to do and how much he will charge you before you enter. The privado is 15 mins and costs $40 that goes directly to the club (it's cheaper to pay in pesos, I believe it's 600 or 700 pesos which is $30-$35 dollars). You can also buy a ficha, or drink for a dancer and it's about $7 or 140 pesos and the guy sits down, drinks a beer, and chats with you. I personally don't enjoy this but you can try if you'd like. If you really like a guy you can take him back to your hotel room but you have to pay the club a fee and the dancer's hourly rate. I have heard from dancers that it's about $300 for an hour. Premier also has a hotel called Red Boutique next door which is like a bad 3-star hotel but you can hire some of the dancers for a massage with happy ending, not sure how much that costs but if you're into that you have that option as well.

I haven’t been since Summer of 2019 but I corroborate all that shade… said about Premier. I have never been tot he other bars but everyone I talked to said Premier is really the only one worth going to if you like muscle. 
 

Here’s what I would add:

The music  is monotonous and loud. They play techno/electronic and it’s just boring. Other than having to talk over it, one gets used to it. Somehow, this music keeps the energy up int he bar.

I love calling the dancers down and buying them drinks and tipping them at the table. I get plenty of good muscle play sitting together and often am able to get to know the guys enough to decide if they are worth patronizing or if I’m going to move on to another dancer. 

Having been to my share of stopper clubs,I would say the caliber at Premier, at least when I went the several times in Spring and Summer of 2019 was pretty excellent. I found good, bodybuilder muscle guys who weren’t jerks. I don’t think anyone I met was out to “scam” because it’s the nature of the job - dance for money. And that’s what they did - they got money, lots of it, from me those evenings! I didn’t even think of about paying for drinks in pesos, mainly because I know the dancers preferred to have American dollars. But I’ll definitely do that next time.

Just left TJ yesterday. I went to Premier on Friday night.  Spent about 3.5 hours there from 1130-3am. Decent size crowd, fairly mixed about 70 percent men, 30 percent women. 50 pesos cover, Tecate Lights 65 pesos each- cheaper if you buy buckets. About 25 dancers working.

Quality of the guys was quite good.

Mostly the strippers were on stage Gogo style, every hour there would be a guy doing a costume routine. At midnight there was a drag queen performing- she sang for 15 minutes then we didn't see her again the rest of the night.

One super star working- very straight though. He did a routine wearing a baseball getup, stripped down to briefs, then worked the crowd for tips, focusing on the women. He didn't seem to get hard on stage and you could tell he wasn't into it when guys would tip.

There were about 5 guys I would rate 8/10, hard on stage, several showing everything after 1 am pulling it out of their underwear and  really friendly in the crowd. 

All the guys had good attitudes, waiter and bar service was great. Was pleasantly surprised what $1 or 2 or 3 would get me! Didn't do any privates nor did I inquire. 

All in all, I would definitely return.

I stopped going to Tijuana after two cops robbed us on the pedestrian bridge. That made for an expensive trip.

We were in Mexico. They made it look like an inquiry of some kind and had us empty our pockets. All cash was taken.

There's a men only night once a month on a Friday but it changes from month to month. You should check out their FB page that's where they usually announce the date.

They usually have a live sex show between some of the dancers or they have pornstars perform. The guys are also less inhibited because there aren't women around and after some time(usually around midnight) they turn down the lights and the guys will walk around the crowd with just a small piece of fabric around their waist with their erect penises and you can do *stuff* to them in front of people.
