I am not aware of a self service option, but one of the site administrators or moderators should be able to help you. There is a “Contact us” link at the bottom of the page.

 

On a personal note - I would like to add that I quite like Milo! 😉

Why do they call it Ovaltine? The can is round; the mug is round. They should call it Roundtine.
