In both cases I started to inquire about his upcoming visit to DC, and in both cases he ceased communication without apparent reason. I realize these guys get busy or distracted or decide a contact isn't worth their time, but it doesn't take much effort to disengage politely, IMO. Back in the spring, I texted him, never got an answer - and about 12 hours later, got a call saying he hadn’t been planning on responding to me, but then his appointment ghosted him. There are a few genuine sounding good reviews on RM (usually I'm pretty cautions about RM reviews). And I'm completely willing to believe yours. But on the other hand, two of us in this thread have recounted goofy and messed up experiences with him. I think he's one of those guys where you have to catch him on a good day.
