I'm sure there are others but just found an escort on RM who only speaks Spanish.

I hooked up one time with a guy who barely knew English and I had at the time a friend who was bilingual and so he set it all up for us. I'm sure if he was in my area I could with a text translator pretty much cover what I'm looking for and what I want to happen good enough to have it go smooth. Wondering who else has hired someone who didn't speak English and how it went.

have met with guys in Brazil and one guy in Mexico City......none spoke uma palavra de ingles/una palabra de ingles

Google Translate nearly blew up and all went perfectly.......admittedly, the time spent typing (or speaking into the phone) and handing the phone back-and-forth was tedious, but......

¡qué pena!

lol, I learned some Spanish in high school but nowhere where I want to be at the proficiency I would like to have from a conversation. there was only one guy - who actually came from Spain that really only spoke Spanish, so I had to converse with him in Spanish. Granted there wasn't much talking during the first 45 minutes (using the few Spanish words I know during a session). I can text you a few must-have phrases if you want them to know that you want their 'culo' lol.

I do like getting to know someone beyond the physical, so while the physical encounter was good, it was mentally exhausting for me to translate everything in my head back and forth, so I tend to prefer hiring folks that at least have conversational English.

Although now that I think of it...I could use this hobby as an excuse to brush up on my Spanish.

Well, let's put it this way:  if I am in the US and see an ad in Spanish, I assume I am not the escorts target.  If the ad is in English I read and consider.  If I am in Mexico and see an ad in Spanish I have the choice of fighting my way through or looking to see if the escort offers English as well.

Look through HUNQZ for countries in Northern Europe.  Ads in the native language AND English are common.  And many escorts whose native language is Spanish advertise in English only.

I assume that if he runs his ad in Spanish, he is not seeking English-speaking clients and move on.

Lucky for him that he advertises in Miami, where 60+% of people speak Spanish as a native tongue and many of the remaining 40% speak it as a 2nd language.  I doubt his lack of English affects his business much.

By the way, I recently saw a funny video of a woman who freaked out at a Hialeah Taco Bell drive-thru because she couldn't place an order.  She didn't speak Spanish & not one employee on duty spoke English.  ~90% of Hialeah FL residents speak Spanish at home.

This is correct but I think it's still bad for business, especially if he travels outside of Metro-Miami, an area that receives many tourists who might not speak Spanish and might not want to do business with someone who doesn't speak English, or not be tolerant enough to do the effort to use a translator.
