Hi everyone,

I wanted to know what are some tips you can share about hygiene.

I need some solid advice about backne (back acne), any products that are worth mention? Also, I wanted to know some shaving tips! Is hair removal cream better than shaving, or is waxing the way to go? Also, my fellow escorts who do bottom, what are some good ways to prep other than douching?

Feel free to share your skincare or hygiene routine; I'd thought to make a new thread if anyone else is wondering.

Also, clients feel free to chime in; I'd love to hear what you prefer or just have to say in general :)

Kind regards,

TT

Shaving is the way to go. Douching is the best way to prepare, and I'm sorry that you're having back acne issues. By divulging this, now I know why so many guys are top only - I never thought not wanting to see someone else's back ever could be because of this condition.

P.S. backne is for scorts - (joking)

I’m a client. I had a little body acne and swear by Selsun Blue body acne and dandruff. It’s a shampoo and body wash. I get flare ups a few times a year and this product knocks it out immediately. I also like a good sugar scrub to smooth out my skin during the winter.

on a scale of 1-10 I’m a 4 with a lot of work and preparation. I find that having impeccable hygiene helps escorts perform effectively when we’re together.

Depending on the severity of the acne issue, you want a benzoyl peroxide-based body wash, not salicylic acid.

PanOxyl (a brand) is strong, works well and is sold on Amazon.

Prepping for getting fucked starts with your overall diet. Use Metamucil (sugar-free, orange flavored). Take it nightly before bed. It works, it's cheap and it keeps you where you need to be.

ConsumerLab.com is the website of an independent testing lab that analyzes dietary supplements of all kinds. They recently published a report indicating elevated levels of lead in psyllium-based fiber supplements, including the market-leading Metamucil.

The full report is behind a paywall so I can't link, but here is the summary:

"ConsumerLab.com's tests of the quality of psyllium products revealed that 5 out of 8 were contaminated with excessive amounts of lead — as much as 11 micrograms per 5 grams of psyllium husk (22 times the daily amount permitted in California without a warning label). Lead was found in all products, but those with the least contained only 0.4 to 0.6 mcg per 5 gram serving. One product had an unusually high amount of filth in the form of insect parts. However, all of the products contained their claimed amounts of soluble and insoluble fiber."

The brand with the lowest lead contamination in their testing was Yerba Prima (available at Amazon, Whole Foods, health food stores and online supplement retailers). Anyone using Metamucil or generic for occasional constipation may not need to worry about this. But if, like me, you take double the recommended dose every day, in part because of the hygiene concerns discussed on this thread, the presence of heavy metal contamination might be a big deal.

Yerba Prima makes a number of related products (including a flavored fiber combo). I use the unflavored, unsweetened, powdered husks in my morning fruit smoothie.

Most acne and backne are mostly caused by industrial milk/dairy, gluten, sugar, too much Omega-6 oils and stress. These foods create inflammation and give the wrong signals to the immune system.

A lot of green vegetables reduce inflammation, esp cucumber. Try eating half cucumber a day about 4" long. Don't play with it and put it in the lower hole haha.

I've been doing it wrong all along. I usually eat a whole cheesecake before bed.

I personally don’t shave and trim any of my body hairy other then my neck. If you’re gonna do it use an electric razor cause you won’t get razor bumps

  • 2 weeks later...

Acne is such a turn off for me. I did see a provider once who was obsessed over his face pimple. To him, it was a big deal. But I hardly noticed it and thought he was kidding about how troubled he was over it.

IN addition to this:  benzoyl peroxide-based body wash  find a back scrubbing brush that truly exfoliates, something stronger than a Loofah.  This combined with the benzoyl peroxide body (PS go for 10% here, max allowed w/o prescription) wash used daily will be a game changer.    Scrub for several minutes, the goal is to exfoliate the dead skin layer allowing the benzoyl peroxide to get into the underlying live skin.   If you can, leave on your back for a few more minutes before rinsing.  Mom was a derm nurse, we all scrubbed daily with Benzoyl Peroxide as teens, it really works.   I use something like this:  https://www.amazon.com/Aquis-Exfoliating-Invigorating-Back-Scrubber/dp/B000I20Q72

Always smell good is mandatory for myself, so deodorant, mouthwash, mints and perfume are a must every time I’m gonna meet someone and speaks about your good routines. About douching, just eat more fiber and drink tons of water, I got fiber gummies at cvs and work as good as the pure for men thing, and reduce your douching time a lot. For acne, as someone who dealt with that my whole life, I learned that it has to do pretty much with your age and cleaning habits, specifically for the back, you have pores and you sweat through them so if you shower in the mornings and then come home and go to bed you keep all that dirt and sweat from your precious day and sleep on it till the next morning when you shower again, so ideal would be to shower at nights and just rinse in the mornings, I actually just had acne on my face but better routines worked, also Peter Thomas Roth acne line is MAGICAL, give them a try! 🙌

Oh and for shaving, don’t use razors it just make it worse unless you want to thick that hair, and waxing is sometimes too expensive or at least it is here in nyc where everything is stupid expensive so try the nair hair removal, is fast, cheap and work just as good
