Nervous about the experience. He’ll be with me 4 days. He comes highly recommended by you guys and the whole community but I’m still wondering how it will go. I’m wondering what your experience has been with people you don’t know and yet you still hired ?

I know. I’m going against my better judgement I guess. But we’ve been chatting for over a year and had a few Videochats. But I get what you mean. I’ll report back. It’s happening soon (before the end of the month) so I’ll be sure to share my experience.

5 hours and three countries away! He’s from the US and I’m in Latin America. I’ve hired three times before-once from the UK (bad experience), once from Prague (great experience!) and another time from the UK which was also great. So It’s been mostly ok for me.

I can see why you are engaging an escort for 4 days since he is coming from afar. I've done a few times and it worked out fine but I did do my homework diligently before hiring.

 

With an American escort, I helped by paying for his airfare as he was not in the habit of going outside the US. He was with me for two nights and three days. Lovely guy.

He didn't. He was ok only with the plane ticket.

 

@Luv2play we are on the same boat. I like long engagements and not quick sessions. I'm happy your experience was good. hoping the same for me!

One other thing I did do was to give him some "walking around" money. I didn't ask him whether he had credit cards he could use but since he was in a different country, having some cash in the local currency meant he could buy himself treats without asking me each time we were out in public.

 

Also, I'm not the type to take escorts shopping. First I hate shopping myself, except for groceries, since I like to cook. Every other type of shopping I find a chore.

You're welcome. The per diem idea works well because it removes the dependency factor in a subtle way and the whole experience becomes more boy friend rather than transactional in tone. Of course I'm a great one at self delusion. LOL

I hired someone for a 3 day weekend at the end of last summer who I never met. He's a member here and made a really great impression with his friendly interactions. We started a private conversation and he was just as friendly and outgoing in private as he is on the public threads, so I asked if he'd be interested in spending a weekend with me if I flew him out. We easily agreed on the terms. He wasn't looking for a deposit since he felt my purchasing his ticket showed good faith and that I was serious. It was one of the best weekends I've spent with anyone. I enjoy longer sessions and having a connection with someone. We texted and chatted on the phone several times leading up to the weekend. It provided an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss our interests. I'm convinced it was such a success because he was open to communicating and we built trust in each other. Those three days flew by. Six months later and we still text each other to check in and see how the other is doing.

I've had the same experiences. Lots of communication beforehand to discuss likes/dislikes and get a feel for each other's reactions to things, and then the time flying by because so much is already anticipated and works out beautifully, and then the follow-up messages from time to time.

Why the secrecy surrounding the identity of this escort? There could be members here who could provide meaningful information (both positive and negative) regarding him. For example :

 

He loves fine wine. Be sure to have some at home or order some when ot dining. Or:

 

He is not a morning person. Don’t expect much from him before noon.

 

Just seems logical to hear from others who’ve hired him in order to enhance your experience.
