King Sampras is dead; long live Safin !

The mens' final was pretty exciting today; Safin looked gorgeous and played brilliantly. Sampras looked old and tired and unable to adapt. Kind of pitiful, but kind of fun to watch the new kid. And if Sampras thinks he is going to be happy with that blond bimbo, he is as poor in choosing women as he is in winning the U.S. Open.

safin is my new tennis fav ever since i saw him win the toronto open this year. unfortunately

i didnt get home from toronto in time today to

see the final but turned the tv on half way through his interview after the match. my current

2nd favorite tennis player is leyton hewitt; pat

rafter has now fallen to third on my list.

I like Safin a lot also, but still wouldn't ask Boris Becker to get off my face! Some guys are just never too old.

I have to agree with the comments so far, Safin is a hottie. I like Hewitt and Philoppousis and Rafter.

 

But, I have to confess that I really like the Olympic Swimmers even better, I can't wait to see them. What a shame that technology is going to preclude us from seeing their wonderful chests.
