I would think a conversation would have to be held beforehand as to what positions the different players are expected to play.

- If the couples are in a agreement (drunk couple hiring on a whim = not a good time)

-The couple knows exactly what they want

- If the provide is prepared mentally (and physically too ;P ) to handle two people
