Anyone have any success/help/advice disputing a a false negative review?

This person left a false review, no email or IM contact on RM platform, only 2 views and a map me, doesn't show this user clicked to see my phone number even....yet RM webmaster is maintaining this person got my number, must have used Do Not Track Me option, and that constitutes enough proof to publish the review

I saw that review earlier today and, since you and I had a great session last month, it was clearly bogus to me, especially when he added that your photos are out of date. On several occasions RM has told me I can’t submit a review because there’s no record I communicated with the escort through the RM site (I solve that defect by sending the escort a post-session message via RM, then file my review). Is RM saying that if someone has the telephone number that appears on our RM page they can write a review?! That sure isn’t what they’ve told me. Is there more than one administrator? Maybe “your” administrator is misapplying a policy.

I saw that bad review and even though I don’t know you I know of your reputation and participation on this forum. I immediately thought it was a bogus review. You have many fine reviews that back that up. Good luck in getting it removed but RM’s policies and practices sometimes lead to frustrating results.

It looks like the guy is from Fort Lauderdale, perhaps you can demonstrate to the webmaster that you were in Boston or back in Vegas during the date this client purportedly claimed you two met?

As with @StLouisOct, I would typically have to present evidence that contact was made, and from what I know, the client has to be the one that sends a note to the webmaster to change or remove a review, although it sounds like other providers were able to successfully have some of these reviews removed.

When I see a bad review posted, I immediately click on the profile of the person leaving the bad review. There is one guy who has left DC providers (who have consistently good reviews), bad reviews, and all the reviews in his profile showed that he left bad reviews for most everyone he saw. I call bogus.

In two cases my reviews of providers were removed, one at my instigation and the other at the provider's. In both cases my reviews were only qualified by observations I made that reflected some shortcomings and were otherwise positive about what I found enjoyable. The two providers only wanted 5 star unqualified stellar reviews.

I would kindly reply and ask him to contact you so that you can make it right. He probably won't, but if he does you can may be able to persuade him to have it changed.

I know this seems bizarre as it is the last thing you probably want to do, but this is a marketing move. Your reply shows with his review and clients will be impressed or put-off by how you handle it. The worst thing you can do is argue with him in you reply.

Also, you have plenty of good reviews. Absolutely everyone will get a bad review here and there, because some people are just jerks. Clients like me know this and won't bat an eye at it.

Even when nobody's trying to hurt you, one will get unflattering reviews now and again. Sometimes there's just no connection and the client feels entitled to vent. Doesn't mean that he's right. I'd briefly mention it, describe what steps you took to rectify, apologize that things didn't go as plan, shake the dust off your shoes, and moooooove the f***K on down the road. It hapens. You're in a profession where you will be evaluated a lot. Just get used to this fact. Get comfortable with people letting you know about it, whether or not you want to know. And relax. It's a bump on the road. There may be a few more in the years to come. Shake it off. You're good. You know it. Not your job to make everybody happy. Never was. In summary, Get back up on that horse......goat.....pig......whatever is your thing. You go girl!!!!!

This is good advice. If you choose to make a reply on RM it is always best to take the high road. Potential clients will see it as a classy respectful move. You can still leave the message that the review is bogus, using nice words.

Again, so glad I was able to meet you and that you enjoyed our time together!?

Yes, that's exactly what RM is saying, that clicking the "contact" button to show the providers phone number, while still never communicating on the platform, is enough evidence to write a review. Makes nooooo sense.

@MrMattBig is a first-class provider and intelligent conversationalist. Highly recommended!

Aww thanks! Still unfortunately limited to the English language however :( lol

I will need to shake it off and move on, as it appears this will stay, that is advice that I'll need to keep moving forward.

However, the the one star review is most likely someone I have never met.

RM provided me time stamps of when that profile had clicked for my number. Granted the still cropped the screenshot to not show if it was really from that user, but if I am to believe the timestamps, it could be from someone who has been harassing me from 10+ different numbers since my trip to LA Thanksgiving weekend, a trip where I literally say 3 regulars only (albeit 1 appointment included bringing in another escort) and where my phone broke causing me to miss confirming 1 or 2 appointments with new inquires. Let alone the date of the review 12/2720, I only ever messaged one person, (who is tied to another user profile who themselves went MIA via text when I tried to reconfirm the appointment time.

Will RM let me attach a comment to the review on their platform?

I thought I saw this once before, but wasn't sure.

Agree - nooo sense and completely contradictory to my most recent attempt to submit a review in November. I had found the provider's number through RM and scheduled via text message at that number. I not use the RM chat feature, so the review was rejected.

I have seen providers reply to reviews on RM, so it seems like it should be possible.

Webmaster just responded to my request to leave. A comment with "comments" are not available in your region".

While I know comments made by reviewers are only available with a VPN or outside the U.S., I am sure I have come across provider comments to a 1 star review just the same.

Does anyone have a link to a profile like this, with a provider rebuttal attached, so I can send to the webmaster to get them to do the same thing?

There is one here, but it is from 2017. If I see a recent example, I'll let you know:

Can you login with a VPN and then leave a comment review? The whole UI changes a bit, so I wouldn't be surprised if the functionality magically appears with a VPN.

Thanks for that!

That's exactly what I just tried to do after doing that and seeing that option in the UI.

Hopefully it updates soon with my comment and it sticks!

I had this happen to me a while back. RM was as unhelpful to me as it seems they are being to you. What I did in the end was ask a couple regulars to write reviews, so as to push the bogus review "down the stack". In the end, the bogus review disappeared after several months without any explanation-perhaps the reviewer was ultimately established as a fraud and their account deleted.

I wish I could tell you a sure-fire way to get it removed, cause I know how annoying it is. Hope you manage to sort something out!

Rentmen has a monopoly. They know it. And their arrogant customer service reflects their dominant market share.

It is what it is.

Despite that, I would say that they have some sort of system to evaluate which reviews are removed or stay.

I've seen them many times leaving negative reviews where some sort of crime was involved as a way of warning other customers.
