The first photo was used just a few months ago in an ad under the name LukasDozzi. You also asked about that guy and got no replies.

 

I don't know anything about the guy, but if I was considering hiring him I would gently ask why he changed his name, especially since that's generally a red flag for me unless someone is changing their name from something that isn't really a name (HungTop) to something that people could actually say in public without people reacting (Lukas or Will, for example).
