Kind of an odd question. I have found an escort I want to hire. Only problem is he has pictures of him being clean shaven and ones with him sporting a beard. Is it offensive at all to tell him I would like to hire you but you have to be clean shaven. Facial hair is just not my thing. Especially because I love to kiss!

I don't like facial hair either. I would also suggest, at minimum, hinting that the non-bearded pics are hot or be direct and ask their current "facial hair situation." If it's a deal breaker for you, you should definitely ask.

And then there’s that awkward moment when you arrive for your date with the escort, and he’s sporting a beard, or has cut/shaved his hair or has a new tattoo, etc., things that were never in any of the photos. My one experience was the dude with quite a bushy beard and a major brand new tattoo across his abdomen that he politely asked me to be careful of. It was not a good session at all. Surprise!

This is the best approach. It has the benefit of clearly stating your interest without being rude and puts the control of his appearance right where it belongs, in his hands. Unless you're planning to hire for a week or however long it would take him to regrow his beard because he likely has clients into hairy guys.

I would think part of the calculus for the escort would be how long is the appointment? He’s more likely to say yes to someone who is hiring for a weekend than he would be to someone who is hiring for an hour.

Dont skirt around the issue, be direct. “I like men clean shaven, would you be willing to arrive clean shaven?” Is an appropriate question. Just be willing to compensate the person if they are removing a significant amount of facial hair, big mustache or long beard.

Whether it's facial hair, a huge tattoo, an extra 50lbs or dropping down from muscles to a twink, if the change is drastic enough and the client is no longer attracted/into them, just excuse yourself from the situation (if possible); advise them that they look drastically different and you are no longer interested. A simple "you don't look anything like your pics in your ad" should be clear. You have to ask yourself if you are willing to continue and potentially be disappointed or bothered by it during your session or if it makes sense to cut your losses and leave. I'm lucky that I'm in a city with plenty of options. If I have an extra hour, I can find someone, maybe a "tried and true" previous escort, who is available to take their place on short notice. If you are in a city with less options, it probably means a wasted opportunity but sometimes it's better than wasting money on a disappointing experience.
