During the pandemic I grew my beard out to full Santa. Touching it gently and fondling it was a huge turn on because it became super sensitive to touch. Eventually I had to pare it down but now I regret doing that. May have to try it again now that winter is coming

If I had to ask about hair touching, I wonder if I will have to ask about everything else. Goodbye spontaneity

Totally, hair touching Is a real turn on for me, love the texture and feel of short or cropped hair in particular. I consider it to be part of close body contact which I always check ahead that body contact is ok for the provider. But never down to the specifics of Checking it’s ok to touch his hair!

This thread made me smile. I usually ask as a prelim if there is something that is a turnoff for a service provider I'm meeting for the first time. There was a muscle boy who used to advertise in the DC/Baltimore area who let me know that he hated to have his hair touched, which I thought was odd but kind of a cute response. Turned out he was a hairdresser by day who spent a lot of time putting his do together and had recently done hair plugs. Two takeaways: 1) Always ask, you never know what matters to people; and 2) this guy turned out to be controlling about several specifics that he didn't mention during the prelims, so the hair thing was an early indicator of overall personality. Not a great meeting, though I did get advice on hair product! ?

Oh, no. I googled “creepy hair touching” hoping to find a funny picture. Unfortunately, instead I learned something new about Joe Biden.

BTW, I usually like cuddling with regular guys, and most have been OK with hair touching. I don’t assume anything on a first date and definitely ask first.

Did it once while in the heat of the moment. I didn't think it was a big deal till I realized when I touched his hair that it didn't feel like real hair. The guy damn near jumped back and then guided my hand somewhere else. His hair felt really odd, like straw but flexible. I apologized and we continued. He was an older gentleman with an beefy body and nice ass. I still enjoyed our moment together.

Was his name Eddie by any chance?

I always touch the back of their hair during a passionate kiss. Only once did I get “Don’t touch my hair.” He was the ass that demanded his payment when he walked in. Beat me off as fast as he could then spent the rest of the time in the bathroom. When I complained, he said, “That’s why we get the money up front” and left. I was naive then (30 years ago).

Since you’re wondering about a client touching a provider’s hair, wondering why this wasn’t asked in the “ask an escort” section.

Asking if a provider likes his hair touched is no big deal and should be asked about even if you like it, especially when many like to make sure the one you’re with is enjoying it too.

Not liking hair being touched isn’t always a sign of high maintenance. In fact, many Black men do not like having their hair touched. As the texture of our hair is different, touching or pulling it often makes it frizzy and affects the curl pattern.

even though I let him, I have a client ask every time before touching it because he knows this.

I’m with @Storm4U here. But instead of engage, you all kind of talked over him.
