Delightful guy, expensive and very structured and disciplined. A lot like Mike Gait he stays in touch, texts when he is in the neighborhood. I agree depositw are suspect and a bit of a pain, but in this case the end result justifys it Who knows what happened to him to cause him to require a deposit.
