Hey guys. Interesting situation. I scheduled a massage with a masseur. Things went well and we ended up playing. Before I left he offered to meet me again for free if I would be willing to film and be on his only fans site. He’s agreed to POV with me in charge of filming... has anyone done this? Curious about how discreet one could be. It intrigue me a bit I must admit...

There's lots of Only Fans videos where the performer is masked. As long as you don't have any identifiable tattoos or unique physical attributes you probably won't be recognized. But these videos do get uploaded to Torrent sites so once it's out there, it's always going to be out there. If it's POV, I presume its from your POV and only your cock and hands will be on video?

As hiring has started to become less and less exciting for me, the thought of being filmed has become increasingly moreso. Idk what it is. Maybe it's the risk of having my video out there for all to see that turns me on? I've filmed a couple of times with some guys, and i love playing back my videos. So long as my face is not visible, I'm actually kind of open to the idea of filming more.

I have actually done a little camera operating for situations like this. If you can be comfortable with the 3rd person being in the room, it can be a lot easier for the camera man to keep your face stays out of the video. It is more difficult to accomplish that with a stationary camera. It can be a lot of fun. The client always gets final say over what gets posted.

@Jeff Meuller pretty much broke it down perfectly. If you're in charge and its POV you'll be fine. As long as you don't have any tattoos its no problem. And you'll have to understand there's a good chance the video will get out on torrent sites or porn sites.

Almost no chance I would. Though I did have an interesting situation arise in a similar vein. When I asked one hire if he knew another escort, he said only by reputation but had really wanted to film with him. Interestingly, he then told me he would love it if I came along and was the cinematographer. Take that as you may.

There are 330M in the US, from which 165M approx are men. Knowing the mentality of straight men (and lesbians) and the numbers being reported by OnlyFans itself, I would say that $1M in 1 day can be not only true but also underreported, aka still growing and probably more than $1M by now.

Remember Tumblr?

OF will have to see if they can attract enough mainstream creators.  Supposedly they're trying to attract more vloggers, musicians, fitness trainers, etc.  The problem is there's other creator driven sites like CuriosityStream already have a presence and reputation since a lot of Youtubers have been setting up parallel content as a defence against Youtube's wierd algorthm changes and predatory DMCA strikes. It's a more crowded field than when OF started.

I'm guessing a lot of the guys will move over to JFF, if they haven't already.  I'm sure a lot had content on both already, so it probably wouldn't change things up for them much.  Then JFF will get more LEO scrutiny and start restricting the content creators, too.   Wash, rinse, repeat.  One nice thing is that JFF makes it easier to preview a guy's content and get an idea of what they post and how often.

Not surprised by this. I tried to subscribe to a bodybuilder/sex worker site on OnlyFans about a month ago. My bank credit card company refused the charge and would not let it go through even when I told them I had indeed made the transaction.

As you learned, there are some card issuers who will not approve charges for adult-oriented sites. The reason is typically not discomfort with the material, it is a dispute/chargeback-avoidance measure. It goes like this: 1) Cardholder makes the purchase at an adult website. 2) Cardholder's significant other/partner/spouse/whomever who is a joint cardholder notices and questions the charge. 3) Cardholder claims the charge to be fraudulent.

The same reason holds true for the merchant service providers who handle the charges for the sites. They don't want the burden of processing chargebacks and eventually drop the merchant.

An article that I now can't locate speculates OF is abandoning adult content because large institutional investors don't invest in porn. It seems that despite a decent revenue stream they don't generate sufficient cash to fund operations and need outside investment. My guess is seeking outside investment will be a moot point after this.

Just For Fans has long had a notice to customers of the site, specifically that if you claim a chargeback through a card issuer rather than contacting the site directly, they'll ban you as a customer, for exactly this reason.

I get needing to do something if they are having difficulty with payment processors, but why do they need "institutional investors?"  They are supposedly on a path to gross $12.5 billion next year.  I've never run a business like this, but if one is pulling in that kind of cash and what one needs to provide is simply the platform for others to post the content that's actually being sold I don't understand why they would need outside investment to keep the business running.

If and when the explicit material is gone, that will dry up like wet towel in Death Valley.

They'll be lucky to pull in 10% of that next year if they really do pull all explicit content.  That being said, I've already noticed that some content providers post naked photos in their feeds and then either send out sex videos in messages or offer them for sale for an additional amount.  I don't mind the former so much, though it seems like only relatively short videos are sent out via messages.  As for the latter, I've never taken a provider up on such an offer.  If I'm already paying to subscribe to someone's feed, I'm not paying them more just to see a single video.  There's no way I'd pay what seems to be the going rate for a single video, either -- $10 for one sex scene?  No, thanks.
