This is what triggered my question, because I know this happens. I was just wondering if with them it's something more casual and once they retire they become active clients or they prefer to find hookups on Social Media, who knows? I hired when I was escorting, and have continued to hire since ending escorting. When I was escorting I wrote a blog entry about "when the hired hire" here. The blog entry is pretty old now, but reflects what I was thinking at the time.

 

Escorts (both current and former) hire for the same reason as everyone else, which is wanting what you want when you want it. Finding hookups on social media is a crap shoot, but with a hired guy you can find the guy you want and have sort of confidence the meetup will happen.

As a client I receive those comments as a compliment or sexy flirting part of the service but there is a fine line between that and when it becomes too much. Saying "you are my type", even if true, could sound as an exaggeration and rest some value to the experience, almost as if the escort is saying "I've could have done this for free but you had to pay". It's an assumption, it's implied but it doesn't make the client feel very smart. I think the lighter and casual the flirting and the compliments (i.e. I like your eyes, hair, legs, skin, etc), the smoothest the session and better the relationship escort-client.
