Use a VPN and read the narratives in the reviews he has on rentmen.

 

One review goes back two years and is rather revealing of his apparent honesty.

 

Oh, one client commented on the fact that he smokes, if that matters.

THe deposit is a scam specialty. for an overnight or an out of town, of course. FOr an hour or two... no thanks
