If at first you don't succeed........

I had been in contact with an escort through email. The responses were slow , but I understood that the individual was traveling. After a couple of weeks I finally got a mail that asked if I was still interested. I have sent 3 mails only to be bounced back to me. Suggestions ... is it time to look around some more ? In this case I am not talking about an hour , but a weekend so I am hoping to make a good choice. I wanted someone who is as respectful of me as I am of them. I have read Matt Adams book and am really going to try hard to be a great client. Anyway what are the thoughts?My mail keeps getting bounced.

Have you differentiated your email with a subject line such as "escort" or the escorts working name so he doesn't mistakenly trash the message as spam?

The fact that he replied once says there is some interest-It sounds like you should invest in a telephone call to answer the questions once and for all. I would never book a weekend without actually talking to the guy first anyway. Actually, I wouldn't book a weekend with meeting the guy for a 1 or 2 hour session first.

If he doesn't work out there are several good ones reviewed on this site that I have taken on long weekend trips with excellent results.

I second Traveller's motion. I recall a lot of posts from Matt Adams in the days when the Atkol video catalog maintained message boards relating to escort experiences. His attitude seemed to be that a client should approach an escort like a parent approaching the admissions committee of an Ivy League college on behalf of his child. What nonsense!

 

There are a vast number of escorts out there. It takes a bit of time and research to identify those who are worth seeing for an entire weekend, but keep in mind that the amount of money you're going to pay for that is more than most of these guys could earn in a month at any other job, so almost any of them would be glad to get it. You should not even give a second thought to anyone who doesn't get back to you promptly.

This is a bugbear of mine, so I can't resist throwing in my 2 cents worth.

 

Follow the advice of "Regulation". Escorting is a business. YOU are the paying client. Why should YOU have to beg an escort to let YOU spend your money on HIM? I find it rather humiliating, hardly a good start to things. If an escort is too busy to respond to email/telephone queries, then quickly move on to another. (There are plenty.) It's up to him how he runs his business. If he chooses (and it IS a matter of choice, despite what many claim to the contrary) to allocate his time such that he cannot reply to prospective clients, then he will (and SHOULD) lose those clients. It's up to him.

 

What's more, I fear that prospective clients who indulge such practices encourage a certain arrogance and attitude in some (only some) escorts who are in big demand. I've come up against this all-too-often. You aren't doing yourself or other clients any favours by encouraging it.

Thanks everybody for the comments !! It can be a real downer to try and find an escort that I like. I am in a small town in the south. Hiring for an hour would require a lot of time to fly "wherever" and sitting in a hotel in a city that I do not really know.
