I know this is an opera forum but last night I decided I needed a break from all the Netflix and Hulu series I’m binge watching and scrolled thru Netflix until I came upon movie that intrigued me. It might interest you too,

 

Quartet concerns residents of a home for retired musicians who are arranging a fundraising “gala” for its survival. The draw to be a reunion of colleagues for a go at the quartet from Rigoletto. It’s a scene stealing tour de force by experienced thieves led indubitably by Dame Maggie Smith. Dustin Hoffman produced and directs.
