Conclusion from lock-down chats with my boys; and from theirs with their friends:

 

Successful Escorts = Anal Tops & Successful Masseurs = Oral Bottoms.

 

Is this true? I'm shocked and I think they are just messing with my mind. I know there is diversity but they mentioned "majority" or "important factor for success". So, I thought of asking this forum to check: What have been your experiences?

Yes, I would say that a reasonable rate and good personality (experience) is basic but leaving those things aside, they mentioned the factors on my first comment more as a matter of supply and demand based on the types of customer (needs) for each kind of service...

That's somewhat my line of thinking, that's why I have them as "regulars" but they said that most of their "regulars" looked for those things they mentioned: an escort who is able to be a good top, or a masseur who is a great oralist. Unless that, what they meant is that they provide those things in a magnificent way and that's what allows them to build up a loyal group of clients.

 

Not sure if these kids just wanted to make a point about a subjective belief, or they just don't have enough life experiences to know better. I must confess, however, that I mostly look at them for the "turn and burn" in certain ways. I have had "regulars" for quite some time but then I found others that engaged me, hence replacing them for another long time, until others came up, and so on.

 

I guess you could call it "a love for long-term diversity".

A majority of the guys I've hired have advertised as "versatile." I've made it my nosy habit to ask each of them which position they prefer and which position they do most often with clients. From the answers I've received I can deduce that most versatile escorts actually prefer to bottom, but so do their clients, so they've adapted to topping more often than not. So I can see how your friends came to the conclusion that in order to gain more business an escort needs to top. It makes sense to me. Then again, I also believe that most clients are bottoms. Hey @Mo Mason thank you so much for that. While not completely validating the point my boys made, it gives a possible explanation as to why they have that view. I'm more of a bottom. I would typically look for an oral top masseur every time, but when I've gone for a massage and the guy was an oral bottom and proactive to blow me (and very good at it), I would leave a good tip!
