Well, I guess I'm a little confused why there'd be anything to consider. Perhaps a flag with the statement "Conversations with new clients may be recorded upon entering and/or leaving the premises" might be appropriate. My problem with the explanations that have been provided is that if these recordings were to be used for protection against police entrapment, why keep them indefinitely? And then to suggest that a recording of an unsatisfied client saying "nice to have met you" (or something to that effect) is proof the client is a liar is ludicrous. I've said that to escorts (as well as real people) after less-than-stellar encounters and figured I was just being polite.

I am vexed as to any "name-calling" on this board except from Sean, who showed a clear loathing of his clientele by mocking one gentleman for paying for sex. I suppose my calling him "scary" might qualify, and someone else's reference to him as a "narcissistic sociopath" might also apply, but neither of these descends to the level of calling people "trailer trash" or mocking them for being johns rather than fabulous! glamorous! escorts.

 

Who wants to be a millionare? Well, according to Sean, he is already. (Let's see ... one million dollars divided by two hundred bucks a shot equals ... five thousand tricks turned! Hmmm.) I have no doubt we've not yet seen his final answer.

Based on Tanman's original post, he was a first-time client, and I assume he visited Sean's apartment. So why has he been so blaringly silent?

I really don't think that Sean really does record anything. It is very like him to brag about something that my have little basis in reality and not back down when caught on it. His bicycle doesn't have a backpeddle accessory.

And I certainly don't believe for a moment that a lawyer advised him in any way that a plea of entrapment would be useful to him. I doubt if the laws are That Different between states and my lawyer advised me that although I had been entraped that prostitution is a misdemeanor and that the entrapment defense only works for felony cases.

I know that by now we all probably wish that this thread would just go away, but you know my big mouth ... Sorry.
