It pains me to bring this up but I need to let providers know that live in the DC area be careful with a certain client in Burk VA. I know of 6 providers including me who lost 30k in donations from a client who is committing bank fraud, bad checks and credit card fraud.

 

This client has paid providers with fake checks, in my case he disputed charges 2 months later. Miraculously his mom died and then came back to life, and tons of ridiculous lies and threats.

 

He also has videotaped every provider without consent. I had to move as I didnt feel comfortable with this guy knowing where I live.

 

I cant report him or go to the police so now I am out thousands and now have a sociopath stalking me.

 

I won’t put his name or his address in this thread, because I don’t want there to be any types of harassment towards him and to protect me legally.

He goes my Ivan and julient. He has over 15 phone numbers listed under his name or his mothers.

 

I sent him three invoices for Massage’s packages through Square, I paid using Discover then 2 months later he disputed the charges. He then wrote me 2 checks which were fraudulent.

I was stupid; I thought by me sending a invoice by square to his email where he types in his credit card via online portal I would be protected.

He used to be a loyal client who loved the whole circus, dinner, fun, gifts, etc. to make up for his obesity and lack of success in life. He was someone who paid good money... but he was using his father's name and his brothers social security number to pay for gifts and overnights. He was also pretending to be Doctor like his dad and father. He got caught but his family didn't press charges.

 

Later on he went to work for a CVS (not sure of this data) and he got caught stealing CC numbers and using them... he went to jail, I guess he's back out of jail. Last time someone told me about this individual (it's a hearsay but please don't shoot me) he claimed to work at the airport.

 

He's of Peruvian and Japanese ancestry.

 

I just google his name and the phone he was using a couple of years ago and his name and address show up in several sites to warn about clients.

 

Considering it's public record... Can I post indirectly his name, address and phone on here?

If its the same guy he paid me in counterfeit money. While he stayed dressed and played with me in various states of undress I later found out that he had videotaped the entire session and posted it to xtube or a similar site. This was a few years ago and to say the least I wasn't happy.

Yes but somehow it hasn't happened... He did pay his bills to DC Boys but he messed with an agency called Top Referrals and walked away. Since he got out of jail he's been screwing escorts the wrong way, no wonder his name and cell is all over the internet and NOW there's finally some talk about him on here.

 

I have enough evidence from him committing Credit Card Fraud and writing two bad checks. If i report him then I would be putting myself at risk for prosecution.

 

This is a endless cycle of abuse and because the law protects him from being charged.

May I gently point out that there is No Evidence that you broke any law. Just your word against his. His word will be suspect because there is plenty of evidence that he broke the law. If multiple victims are willing to make dispositions he will return to jail.

Also, did you consider just fighting the credit card dispute? The merchant has rights too. Indicating you're a massage therapist, the dates of service, and any email correspondence of the appointment may force the credit card company to list the charges as legitimate.
