Yes, you do have to be a member of AOL to access its chat rooms. I personally think that investment is very worth while. It's a great way to meet "new" or "part-time" escorts that aren't listed on other boards.

 

If you already have an ISP account, you can join AOL at a discounted rate of about $10/month. You then access AOL through the Internet. That is, you first log on to your exising ISP and then bring up AOL in your web browser.
