My reserves are at the 25% level and declining. At the current rate, I have about a month maybe two of reserves left. Every year there is a drought with the Flirt4Free commissions during the summer when everybody is out and about. Usually the fall/winter allows me to restock my reserves and that tends to last the rest of the year. This year between Trump being elected and the SESTA/FOSTA being signed by him the drought has been much more severe. Any help is welcome.

What's the worst case scenario? Would this forum close? What if this forum goes behind a paywall? Like charge all members a few dollars a month to access it?

I cannot answer your question however it presents an opportunity to observe that there are no pages littered with revenue-producing ads, auto page redirects to other (paying) sites, pop-ups, clickbait in the threads’ messages, spam sent to your email, etc.

 

The owner has chosen to forego income and that’s pretty rare these days.

I would like to make a sincere suggestion to ALL posters here. What is needed to sustain this site over the long haul is a "regular income". For years I subscribed to Sean Cody at about twenty five dollars a month and I didn't go to the poor house. Three years ago I subscribed a specific monthly contribution to this site and guess what I haven't gone to the poor house nor has the FBI come to my door looking to send me to jail. What we need to do is create a situation where Daddy doesn't have to come periodically hat in hand with a post pleading for contributions. If enough of us commit between $25.00 and $100 on a monthly basis the problem will be solved.

Come on guys lets open up our bank accounts and start making monthly contributions to a site we all claim to value. If we don't step up the site will, in the not too distant future, disappear and become a memory lesson for what we didn't do.

If people donated half as much as they complained, this site wouldn't have funding issues

This is correct. As some of you know I led a fundraiser a few years back that stabilized things for a year. Many of you gave, as the little thumbs up sign in your avatar indicates.

 

But I think Epigonos is right. That didn't go far enough.

 

The good news to me is that this is simple. A plan to force everybody to give could weaken or arguably even kill this website. But that's not necessary. I've been giving $50 a month. My guess is that if 50 or so of us, tops, pledged to give $25 or $50 or $100 a month, we'd have permanent sustainability. This site is worth that to me. I'm in for $50 a month.

 

Also, I think it immunizes us from SESTA/FOSTA. Rentboy went down based on two words: "advertising" and "prostitution." Whether either of those words were true or not is irrelevant. It was a blueprint to how the Feds can and probably will attack in the future.

 

The antidote to that are these words: "donation" and "free speech." People who make voluntary donations - not to sell something, but to enjoy their right to free speech - I believe make a website as immune as it can be to government attack.

I will happily make a monthly donation. I just wish Daddy would add $Cash app as an option (as I suggested in another thread)

Honestly, I don't see why every escort on this website does not have a thumbs up.

 

This website is a labor of love. And I made a fortune off it. And in case the FBI or DHS is listening, this website did not make a penny in profit off me. And despite rumors to the contrary, I insist that I am not a whore. Frankly, I don't even know what being a whore is. :rolleyes:
