  1. My partner and I saw "Bullet Train" about 10 days ago. At the risk of a mild spoiler, I recall him asking "Is this a sex thing?" twice, and has such a small part in the movie that I did not notice him listed in the cast credits at the end. It is possible to read the scene differently than what Stormy said (e.g. like a straight body builder open to the idea of muscle worship for pay, but not necessarily advocating for it).
  2. Wow, it's so nice to be remembered. 15 months ago, my boyfriend finally succeeded in getting me to go back to the gym; but doing 3 x 4 hours stints of (3000 yds swimming + 2 hours of weights), plus practicing music regularly, and getting on the board of a new musical non-profit just ate up all the free hours of the week. I did drop about a dozen pounds or so from my lockdown max. Last June 8th was a divisible-by-10 birthday. This week I think I finally fell victim to the virus, so I have extra time on my hands while isolating. I had been moderna-ized with 2 subsequent boosters, and the worst symptom is a really, really bad sore throat. I did a rapid antigen test 60 hours after the symptoms began, which came back negative. I took a PCR test this morning and won't know the results for another 36 hours. I think I acquired it by playing in a pair of old-fashioned band concerts, July 3rd and 4th. The clarinet player sitting right behind me (most likely 3 feet away for 90 minutes) developed a sore throat the night of the 3rd, opted not to participate on the 4th of out an abundance of caution, and only tested positive about 48 hours later. Subsequently 4 other members of the band also reported positive antigen tests. I'm glad to see that the forum persists! Thank you all ... Keith.
  3. Sutro tower, which hold antennae for multiple TV and radio stations: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Sutro+Tower/@37.7542973,-122.4555313,16.09z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x808f7dfb85c26ab9:0x30e2a49d9c000605!8m2!3d37.7552213!4d-122.4527624 From the perspective, the picture was likely taken somewhere in the castro or upper market area, but I don't recognize the railing. (Or the guy ... I'm *SURE* I'd remember if I saw him around ....)
  4. (Trying out the revived multiquote option .... Yay!)
  5. A belated happy birthday to you @Smurof ...
  6. When I moved to the 'burbs from San Francisco, I wound up 3 blocks away from a 24 hour fitness with a pool that is 25 yards x 3 lanes. My boyfriend finally persuaded me that I should start working out again after a hiatus of 18 years, and I've been on the bandwagon for 10 weeks now. He pays $8/month, but my riding as a family-or-friend of his costs me $45/month. Nonetheless, on a yearly basis, that would be about the same as joining the rec club at the major public university I used to work for, and a lot more convenient. About half the folks in this gym wear still wear masks while working out even though the requirement was dropped when california "reopened", and the population is really diverse - all ages, both men and women, all levels of fitness, and quite a bit of ethnic diversity as well. Only a couple of truly droolsome and stellarly fit role models at any particular moment.
  7. I find it bizarre that argurably, the single most masculine (genetically) portion of a man's anatomy is grammatically feminine in French colloquial usage (queue, bite), although apparently masculine in the formal translation (pénis).
  8. I wouldn't say "incorrectly". RadioBob put back "Applause" after "Thanks", so I'm using "Thanks" instead of "Love". For me, a lot of the time facial hair is enough for an applause, but built, ripped, hairy chested + facial would have been definitely worthy of a "Love". Until it comes back, I'll use "Thanks" since it looks likes a trophy.
  9. But it is possible that those two followers made their choice *after* the conversion.
  10. I think the person who posted the video is not a native speaker of american English. It also said "Well-Shaped Masseur". My guess is that @Italiano would have not commented if the poster had said "Beefy Guy", or the masseur (therapist in the story) being described as either "Well-Built" or "Athletic". The watcher didn't even touch himself through his pants until near the end, but (if you were watching with the sound turned off) the story line was the watcher was having sexual problems and went to the top as a therapist for advice and instruction, so it would have been out of character for the watcher to have taken part.

I was told by an enrolled agent that in case of a dispute, you had to have had it sent *certified* + return receipt with signature for proof that it had been delivered. Mere tracking information would not have been sufficient in a court case.
