Six Unit Building. 1100 square ft AMAZING location. Off Fountain near Plummer Park. Walk or Uber to anywhere easily. Farmers Market Each Monday. Tennis Courts, Community Center and outdoor gym all available at the park. Walk to Ralph's, Trader Joes, Target, Smart and Final or Whole Foods. Amenities: Queen or Californian King Bed. Fully Furnished. Full house privileges. Full kitchen. High-Speed WiFi Covered Parking included. Laundry on site. Deposit not required for stays of three nights or less. All nights must be paid in advance. $95 p/n for the guest room $125 for the Master Bedroom. Prices all-inclusive. If you are interested in renting out the entire flat, please indicate in your query.
