It totally depends on the city. If it’s a midsize city that is being developed, you can usually do very well. If it’s a smaller city that is not very developed, it can be very bad. -
If they are increasing their rate for Outcall then that should include the travel expenses. If their rate has not been increased and they are doing an out call, I would understand why the escort would ask for the Uber cost to be additional.
