That Cream Men’s Spa is VERY expensive relative to all the other options in Tokyo. Kinda sus. $260 USD is like 39000 yen. Price in USD so obviously catering to foreigners, but I can’t see how that’s worth it. Maybe if you really want your hand held through the booking process but as discussed most of the other options that accept foreigners will have an English speaking manager/coordinator to work with. My experience with massageprince was not great. He told me that he wanted me to pay up front and I told him I don't do that as I've only had bad experiences with masseurs who want me to pay up front. He then said fine let's just do it anyway. Gave a super half ass massage, kept all of his clothes on, and barely lasted the agreed upon time. I couldn't even get it up because he clearly didn't give a shit about if I enjoyed the experience or not. Paid the agreed upon rate, didn't tip and left. I will concur that he looks like his photos, but for me that attitude and experience were extremely sub par and his looks did not in any way make up for that.

I used to see him pre-pandemic mostly. He gives a decent massage, nice massage table, relaxing/private space, BUT he had a bad habit with me on "upselling" the massage midway through. It's really not hard to see the tattoo inconsistency. Photo 1,3,5, 8 show an upper body with zero tattoos. Photo 6 and 7 are the same dude with left arm only tattoo, photo 2 has a dude with tattoos on both arms, specifically his right arm is tattoo'd on the shoulder in a way that seems like it should be visible from the front. It's POSSIBLE though not plausible that he took all these photos at different times gradually getting more tattoos, but since photo 2 is the most tattoo'd and only shows him from the back its strange he wouldn't have a more recent photo from the front with the tattoos visible. Photo 8 has different nipples from photo 6/7. Pretty sure his private photos feature both a cut and uncut dick too. My photo forensics may be off but in general seems like until there's an actual report on santosromeo it's a red flag.
