OP HERE again..... let me explain about Penile Implants. It is 100% internal. There are 3 parts. 1.The Pump, which inflates and the deactivation part is located in the scrotum 2. The tubes are located inside the shaft. There are 2 of them. One on the left and one on the right. The penis has 2 different chambers with the urethra down the center. 3. The Reservoir which holds the saline fluids that flows into the chamber to cause the erection, when the pump is activated. Placed on the inside of the lower side of the abdominal cavity . How it work: To inflate the penis, the pump which is a small ball shaped pump must be squeezed until the desired size is achieved. When you squeeze the pump it releases the saline and it fills the 2 tubes located in the shaft. Then I can do what ever I wants, for as long as I wants. Once I'm finished. There is a button called the deactivation valve that is squeezed above the pump, that will releases the saline from the tubes and it returns to the Reservoir.
