  1. Nope nothing external at all... the pump is the middle device, the release valve is just above it. See that little "Nipple". I squeeze and hold to achieve my flaccid state.
  2. Thanks for you kind words TruHart1... It is undetectable, visually. The only way I guys will know is if he gets down there an plays with my nuts. I now have 3 ..LOL ...So far no one has said anything about it, nor have I told them.
  3. After I had my surgery , My Urologist was so impressed by my recovery he asked me if I would be interested in becoming a Patient Advocate for men Suffering with ED. I am currently in training now. My target base will be the Gay Community. As we all know we "play" totally different. I use to be a total bottom. After having my surgery I felt more "power" and I am now enjoying topping. As I mentioned it is a life changing.... Oh, I will work with straight men as well.
  4. ED is considered by some insurance company as medically necessary if there is a medical problem that has caused the ED to occur. In my case an ultra sound was performed. the scan showed I had what is know as a Venous Leak. Basically a small tear in the part of my dick that traps the blood when aroused. My first insurance carrier Humana denied my surgery. I had to wait another year and changed insurance to Ambetter. Once I met my out of pocket expense. My surgery was covered 100%. I paid nothing. In most case ED has an underline cause.
  5. That seems the to the consensus on here.... I think I will go with this description... Yes, I can walk around with any size bulge I wish....I will work on taking some pictures for you JJ :D:eek:
  6. OP HERE again..... let me explain about Penile Implants. It is 100% internal. There are 3 parts. 1.The Pump, which inflates and the deactivation part is located in the scrotum 2. The tubes are located inside the shaft. There are 2 of them. One on the left and one on the right. The penis has 2 different chambers with the urethra down the center. 3. The Reservoir which holds the saline fluids that flows into the chamber to cause the erection, when the pump is activated. Placed on the inside of the lower side of the abdominal cavity . How it work: To inflate the penis, the pump which is a small ball shaped pump must be squeezed until the desired size is achieved. When you squeeze the pump it releases the saline and it fills the 2 tubes located in the shaft. Then I can do what ever I wants, for as long as I wants. Once I'm finished. There is a button called the deactivation valve that is squeezed above the pump, that will releases the saline from the tubes and it returns to the Reservoir. When with a client I can be discreet with it's operation, or I will tell them about it during our conversation prior to scheduling. Sound complicated, but it really is not. The best part is that I never again have to worry about if my erection will last or not. No more ingesting harmful chemicals into my body... I understand it may not for everyone, but I have one and it has improved my sex life completely .... Price may vary depending on your location. Mine was 60K total . It will have to be replace in about 15 years.
  7. Well it's quite obvious , you have No knowledge of Penile Implants... You CANNOT see anything. I am convinced that once a person has their mind set on something it cannot be changed...WOW.
  8. It is a difficult situation, since many guys are not even aware of penile implantation. I do agree with you 100%
  9. Im an older escort and my husband is older than me. Most of my client are older, all of which enjoy being with someone their age.
  10. Thanks for that ..I went back and clarified, that to internal.
  11. Well...from that point of view ..well yes I can still explode and cum just takes a lot longer. Once I do, I can continue on..just like the little engine that could ..toot toot.
  12. Guys , it is apparent that your not reading my additional post. My implant is completely internal, you CANNOT see any part of it.
  13. This is not some cheap vacuum pump that you can buy as a novelty Item. My Implant is all internal , it cannot be visible by looking at my dick. Do you really think that a medically made device that cost $16,ooo just for the implant it's self would explode. The answer is NO
