When the provider can't/doesn't deliver for what ever reason and the client decides to end an appointment early, should the provider expect the total fee, if the meeting was scheduled for 2 hours but the meeting is ended in 45 minutes? IMHO I would not pay for the full 2 hours, but so many providers expect it and will demand it. i am lucky to be bigger than most, so I stand my ground to not pay the full fee. I will pay for the hour, even though the provider was unable to deliver and nothing more. There have been a hand full of times when a provider couldn't perform, the meeting ended early and he would not accept any money, even for time spent.
