Anybody else having trouble with Utopia replying for appointment request again? I tried on their website, got no response, then I tried twice to go through Yelp, but I didn't get a response there either. I haven't tried good ol' fashioned calling, which will probably be the answer, but I didn't know if anyone else was having this trouble. Hopefully Xiao/Jack reads this, so he can fix whatever the problem is...

I'm glad I'm not alone on that then. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something weird on my end rather than their's since Jack/Xiao used to always be so fast to reply. I'll try Yelp on Monday then call if that doesn't work. Thanks all!

Thanks! I'll do that tomorrow if I don't get a response by then. Every time in the past I've done it through their website, they usually respond that quickly. Maybe something's wrong with the site. With my birthday coming up I figured I'd treat myself to a nice long massage and table shower, but I can only do that if I can get in touch with them haha

Has anyone tried to make an appointment through Utopia's website lately? Normally they respond almost right away every time I've tried before, but they haven't responded yet and it's been over a day now. I didn't know if that was just me or not though, so I thought I'd ask.
