See, this is where eating high fiber diet helps clean you out. Let it happen naturally. I even take Metamucil for added fiber especially leading up to the meeting. It's easier to clean out afterwards. I use the bulb when traveling but nothing beats the hose attachments. After the number 2, I do an initial douching.
