Price is set by supply and demand. If they're a 10, they can set whatever price they want and will have the patience to wait for the one who is willing to pay four or five figure numbers for them. An attractive looking 7 or 8 will high ball a number and if someone doesn't bite, they'll lower their number until the two parties come to a mutual agreement.
