I don't get all the hate. I have actually enjoyed it as I don't give a rat's ass about how inaccurate it is historically. I just want some silly shallow gossipy fun with all the fancy this and fancy that. So the show has delivered on that front. Overall the actors are doing fine, in particular Kelli O'Hara, Christine Baranski, and Katie Finneran, but the role of George Russell seems to have been miscast. I just can't relate the actor, sorry I forgot his name, to a robber baron. He is simply "too nice." My biggest problem with the show however, lies in its overall story set up. It puts so much emphasis on those late 19th century rich Karens' frivolous social gossips and struggles, yet absolutely makes light of their husbands' real ruthless business and political struggles, which should be a thousand times more important and deadly than their wives' endeavors. So the show feels very much lack of balance.

Absolutely yes. As a "previously" trained virologist, I think the paranoia of vaccine in this country has gone bananas. Even in this forum, which I believe represents a relatively more educated sector of the society, the hysterical fear of vaccine has reached beyond reason. Research has shown that most of the so called vaccine-induced illnesses are really not induced by vaccines at all, and vaccines by and large are exceedingly safe. The original poster asked if you would be willing to get vaccinated before the trials end. By clinical trial phase 3 or 4, the majority of safety studies have already been completed. So it should be reasonably safe to take such vaccination. Is it completely, 100% safe? Well, there is no such thing in life. You can sleep in your own bed and a giant sink hole could open up beneath your house and swallow you whole. The vaccine should be "safe enough."

I happened to watch this movie couple months ago and actually liked it. I know a lot of the similar "gay" movies can be so bad that they are cringe worthy. This movie, in some moments, also has some "cringe worthy" moments, but overall it is not bad. It has decent professional actors, and the plot, should we say, is rather interesting. The actor playing the son didn't deliver a good performance, but the Daddy is quite attractive, with a nice butt. So I think it was worth the Amazon Prime rental fee. ?

I just watched the British film Weekend on Amazon Prime and was quite impressed by it. It's far better than lots of so called "gay" movies. Some conversations appeared improvised and were a bit choppy, but overall it was a very frank, in depth, and touching story. I especially like that leading man, Russell. Tom Cullen delivered a very nuanced and understated performance. And I also find him incredibly attractive.

I was trained as a virologist. HIV is only a BSL (Biosafety level) 2.5 virus, whereas this COVID 19 is a BSL 3.5 virus. (The highest possible BLS is 4). The scary thing about this thing compared to HIV is that this one can be transmitted via air.

The actor I thought was the worst in the last episode was Grey Worm. He simply sucked all the energy from all the scenes he was in. That's too bad as he is such a cutie.

Okay, I admit I had never seen him naked. Now I am seeing it, the body IS nice. Still, I don't find the face attractive.

Just watched the final episode of GoT. I thought it was quite good frankly, certainly not as bad as some people were claiming. The earlier Reddit leaker was spot on though. Now that the show is over, I want to make a comment on the actors. I just never understand why people think the actor who plays John Snow, Kit Harrington, is so hot. To me, while he is not bad looking, I just don't find him physically attractive. The messy hair and bushy beard made him look a bit masculine, but still, those were not enough... A few weeks ago he hosted Saturday Night Live while being clean shaven. I simply didn't find him attractive at all. The character who I think was good looking was Robb Stark.
