I've known Keven for years and met him several times solo and with a third. He doesn't escort full time so I think he turns his ad on and off occasionally. When he was most recently in Illinois he was not staying in Dolton. I think he probably chose that location before his trip so he could check out the local scene while remaining on the periphery.
