Plus one for the Cosori - I inherited one when Mom changed over to some countertop oven thing, but I find myself using the Cosori almost daily. Since I just cook for myself now, it's dong almost almost everything I need to cook, except stove top soups/ marinara.

Was able to cash in flyer mileage for all my air travel for April- combining the Weekend with a family function in Riverside - but a car seems to be about $90 per day, yikes! Might look into a Turo experience for the first time.
