I live and hire in NYC. My sweet spot is 90 minutes for an erotic massage/interactive playtime combo. For that reason, I prefer working with guys who have both a masseur and an escort ad. For that, I am quoted rates between 240 and 300. I do tip well for good performance. After tip, a 90 minute session ends up being $300 - $400, which I find very reasonable. The guys seem happy with that and I have no problems getting repeat appointments.

I totally agree with that. That is how I operate as well. Let the masseur or escort surprise you with his moves during the first session, Sometimes it can exceed your expectations and desires. Then, if you determine there is indeed a good match and an attraction, ask to turn it up a notch or two - if that is even necessary - in the subsequent sessions. And as always, tip well if he goes the extra mile.
